This time around, however, we want to give a few more general tips that could help you to shine in the field and win all your battles. We gave a quick introduction to all these elements in our beginner’s guide to the combat in World of Tanks Blitz, which we strongly recommend you read if you’re new to the game. However, the combat in World of Tanks and World of Tanks Blitz isn’t quite as straightforward as in other shooters like the Call of Duty series, mostly because, since it’s all about tanks vs tanks, players need to take into consideration, ammo types, tank types, armor, positioning, movement, and a bunch of other factors, to outplay their enemies. The result is a very intense game that retains the same mechanical complexities of the original, while also allowing players to enjoy it on the fly.

True to its name, however, Blitz offers a few key differences from the original PC version, mostly revolving around making the matches shorter, with smaller maps, and slowing down the gameplay, in general, so as to accommodate players gaming on phones. Instead of gruff and tough military people running around maps shooting each other, this game is solely about tank battles, and the mobile version, World of Tanks Blitz, is no exception. That said, I'm not a programmer and have no idea how complex a task this might be.World of Tanks isn’t your typical shooter game. Secondaries shouldn't ever be targeting the strongest part of an enemy armor belt no matter what, but especially if they're shooting HE. And I agree with Compassghost that the preferred point of aim should make sense for the type of ammo the secondary battery fires. This should be rectified - a secondary in range should be firing if it can find *any* point of aim on the target that it can hit.

This kind of sounds like the issue to me - the guns don't have both the horizontal and vertical traverse to train on the one aim point allowed, therefore they stop firing. I would prefer if guns aimed at the deck line of the ship where the deck meets the superstructure. This is a double edged sword as most HE based guns will do nothing to battleships at waterline when perfectly accurate. Secondaries will attempt to aim at the dead center of the ship at waterline (a la old school aim assist).
